Job description:

We are looking for an Appointments & Exhibition Coordinator to join a busy contemporary Gallery in Mayfair. The Coordinator will work in conjunction with and under the guidance of the department Manager, and will be responsible for the daily running of the department routine activities, in order to:

  • Ensure that stock is available when required and all systems are fully up to date on timely basis
  • Deliver service excellence in support to the sales and marketing teams
  • Support the logistics element of exhibitions and events in a way that supports the gallery’s vision and its values
  • Understand and be able to use, the stock control system in an efficient and effective way – maintaining appropriate control over stock/locations

Person Specification:

  • Graduate degree in Art
  • Team player with leadership skills
  • High level of analytical and problem solving skills
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Time management skills including the ability to meet deadlines, delegate appropriately, follow up on outstanding tasks and deliver key departmental goals
  • Commercial awareness to make a positive contribution to the financial success of the business
  • Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office
