Art Logistic Coordinator, Artist’s Studio

We are looking for an Art Logistic Coordinator to join a busy studio team based in a South London artist’s studio. Reporting directly to the Head of Logistics and Installation Manager you will play a key part in coordinating all technical and logistical projects and all movements across all London Studios.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling installations and planning of all installations with the technical team and or the technical manager and booking in jobs from different departments
• Scheduling and day to day Management to the technicians. Giving clear and concise direction to all the technical team
• Keep clear records of collection and delivery and all relevant paperwork
• You will need good interpersonal skills and be good at working under pressure

The Candidate: 

• You must be proactive and have a flexible approach to work
• Take initiative, must be highly organised and be an exceptionally good problem-solver
• You must have several years of proven experience in an art logistics role
• Be able to occasionally work out of hours to ensure the job is complete
• You will need to be able to manage multiple jobs at the same time and work to deadlines
• Good at working in a team
• Have a full driving license
• Computer literate with a knowledge and understanding of all Microsoft Office packages
