We are looking for a talented Artwork Coordinator to work on a number of International art and design projects.

Our client is a successful and established London art consultancy focusing on the luxury  hospitality markets, working with artists, interior designers, architects, galleries, fabricators, printers, and framers to create outstanding art collections. The ideal candidate for this role will need strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and be comfortable juggling multiple tasks while working as part of a small team. They should possess excellent time management skills, a great work ethic and have a genuine desire to succeed!

Main responsibilities

  • Assist with the creation and development of artwork collections for a range of international projects.
  • Support in the conception of artwork specifications and project specific commissions.
  • Provide Production and Projects teams with up-to-date information on lead times, materials, costs, and contracts, as well as provide support with image file testing and artwork quality checks.
  • General project document control and filing.
  • Financial reporting, including managing monthly expenses. Attend site visits and meetings related to project development.
  • Attend the installation phase of projects inside and outside of the UK.
  • Assist with the production of project publications and press materials.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Project Managers, Production Coordinator and Project Coordinator.

Essential Skills

  • Microsoft Office (Excel required to a minimum intermediate standard)
  • Mac fluent
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Google Workspace
  • Microsoft Teams and online communication and file sharing
  • Experience working within the luxury art / interior design sectors
  • Basic understanding of how to interpret architectural plans and elevations

  • CAD / Rendering skills

  • Keynote proficiency
