A respected cultural communications agency in London is looking for a Content and Community Manager to join their expanding team.
Responsibilities
This role is for a talented all-rounder who is creative, ambitious and passionate about digital communications within contemporary culture. Working under the guidance of a Director, the successful candidate will work across their prestigious client list and be part of their talented team to realise and deliver inspiring and creative digital strategies and campaigns.
The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable creating content independently, or in collaboration with others.
For their Clients:
- Devise compelling, creative content marketing solutions for different budgets and scales of project according to client needs and aims.
- Create and deliver digital strategy workshops for clients in collaboration with team members, with the ability to translate an initial campaign concept into a tangible plan of content, tools and timeline of activity.
- Visualise and execute a concept across a range of platforms for maximum effect including developing imagery, text, video, audio and other formats as required.
- Work collaboratively with the team and clients to ensure they are delivering effective, integrated campaigns for example this might include integrating partnerships, VIP events, influencer engagement and other crossover areas.
- Deliver results and report on the impact and value of digital activity, translating what is happening and why, and how this can be optimised and evolved in future.
For the agency:
- Play a leading role in developing and delivering the agency’s content strategy, including website and social media channels, with input and guidance from the senior team.
- Elevate the agency’s own social media and digital channels, including their newsletter, to act as a shop window for what the agency stands for and galvanise the team to contribute effectively.
- Analyse our data and report on what’s worked well, and what could be improved on, to help inform our own content strategy.
- Collaborate with agency Directors and Account Directors on ideas for digital new business pitch documents and client strategies.
- Stay alert to new digital trends and developments and regularly share relevant insights and upskill the wider team – creating impactful cross-team collaboration.

- Contribute to the growth of the agency’s digital services and accounts, led by a company Director.
- Help build out client list of leaders and change makers in contemporary
- Contribute to the future direction of social media and content services at the agency to ensure they continue to be seen as a high-quality service provider and leader in the field
Experience and Skills Essential:
- Ability to interpret brand DNA and translate it into compelling social media content with the right tone of voice.
- An outstanding visual and written storyteller
- A digital native who is passionate about and understands the landscape of digital content including trends, tools and the codes of different platforms
- Significant experience working in digital and social media, including editorial
- Experience of working in a contemporary culture context such as fashion, lifestyle, design, media and the arts, with a network of relevant contacts.
- resourceful and creative spirit with a desire and excitement to build out, nurture and drive forward digital output.
- Skilled at communicating ideas, options and the digital landscape to clients and the team
- Experience and understanding of the impact of digital data analysis and communicating it in a way clients can understand.
- Highly collaborative, with excellent communication and presentation skills

- good understanding of the bigger picture of integrated communications campaigns and how your activity can add value and integrate with PR campaigns, media, live events, exhibitions, paid campaigns and other communications tools.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Interest in deepening your knowledge of PR and Communications industry
Preferred:
- Experience in an editorial environment and/or creating content for a media brand
- Good contacts and network in the digital content and marketing community
- Good brand strategy experience and capability
