Job description:
Our client, a leading cultural business, is seeking a Events & Cultural Programme Producer. Our client is a content platform and advisory service that connects the culturally curious. Breaking open the art world and offering access to expert and new perspectives, our client is on a mission to enable individuals, brands and businesses to understand the impact of arts, culture and design on our daily lives and commerce to make them more art engaged and responsible.
Role Requirements:
This role will be responsible for the ownership and delivery of all events and exhibitions.
- Holistic management of all events and exhibitions
- Budgeting
- Planning and timelines
- Contracts and legal commitments
- Logistics and supplier management
- Guest list management (proactive management)
- Delivery and production
- Data capture at events
- Stakeholder management and communication
- Partnership management and activation of events
- Management of sponsor requirements
- VIP guest liaison and management
- Event reconciliation and review (learnings / team-debrief)
- Constant improvement and innovation (e.g. digital / data)
- Discretion, privacy and data integrity (owner)
Ideal Experience
- Several year’s experience
- Art world knowledge of artists, creative players or future trend players in London. Collector high net worth knowledge ideal but not essential
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Communications and relationship management
- Clear understanding of the seasonal moments in the event calendar eg fashion week, Frieze, film season
- Proven guest list / master guest list track record
- Experience already working with known brands and institutions
- Experience working with strategic partners eg Frieze
- Great external supplier contacts to “get it done” (i.e. evite designers / photographers / florists / restaurants / printers)
- Understanding of how to evaluate events
- Passion and understanding of future trends and what’s the in the future of experience in London
- Production requirements on film creation and content
- Passion and understanding on the future of experiential
