Job description:

An art tech company is looking for a creative and dynamic Head of Accounts to manage and develop their Accounts Team and client engagement. You will build strong relationships with B2B subscribers demonstrating the company’s capability and potential to new and existing users. You will work in counterpart to leading galleries, world class museums and contemporary artists to effectively communicate the company’s sustainability messaging and to showcase the platform as the best way to experience art digitally.

  • Develop a robust end to end user experience for subscribers, that increases engagement and maximises use of the platform to its fullest potential.
  • Introduce client accounts to the platform, demonstrate functionality in one to one sessions and demos, both on a one to one and remote basis.
  • Develop techniques to generate trust and maximise client retention.
  • Tailor the induction process and experience to different types of users including, institutional, gallery, collector, curator, artist and general users.
  • Working with the senior management team to set the company’s strategy.
  • Deliver new business and retention and revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities among existing customers, converting and upsell subscribers. Develop a structure for periodic reviews with clients.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to develop materials including sales assets, user guides, FAQs and ‘how to’ instructions and videos.
  • Communicate technological developments, innovations and new features to new and existing users.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for your accounts, playing a formative role of their experience of the platform, troubleshooting client queries, calmly working through any problems they may have.
  • Refine CMS communications and collaborate with our technical team to streamline the user journey.
  • Listen to the needs of customers, gather insight that can help with sales.
  • Capture client functionality Communicate features and fix requests to our technical team using Jira to shape product development.
  • Update and manage CRM system, ensuring all communications are logged and information is accurate and support migration to new CRM.
  • Manage a small team setting goals and contributing to professional development.
  • Design and deliver training for the team with support of external resources if needed.
  • Proactively sharing ideas and best practices in order to find new and better ways to contribute to the ongoing growth of the firm.
