Job description:
Our client, a leading Auction House, is looking for an Outbound Shipping Co-ordinator to join their team.
A strong knowledge of logistics, including current national and international packing methods, transportation methods and regulatory compliance is essential, as is the ability to work in a fast paced client focused and deadline driven environment.
Person Specification:
- Excellent client service skills and the ability to remain calm in pressure situations
- Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with all organizational levels
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member to complete the task at hand
- Strong organisational skills to set priorities, multi task and meet deadlines
- Prior experience with SAP is an advantage
- Languages would be an advantage
