Photographer, Regional Auction House

Our client, a respected regional Auction House, is seeking a Photographer to join their busy team. This role would suit someone with auction photography experience or with a background in product photography.

Responsibilities: 

• Photography of lots, ensuring accurate representation at all items
• Edit and retouch photos, keep detailed records and manage image database
• Prepare images for publication, and coordinate with cataloguing team
• Maintain equipment, and ensure items and equipment are handled properly at all times
• Stay updated on industry trends

Requirements:

• Experience working as a professional photographer, preferably in an auction house environment
• Experience working in Adobe Photoshop
• Excellent attention to detail and precision with work
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and web software
• Strong numeracy skills
• Ability to work efficiently to meet tight deadlines
• Experience working with or handling collectible / high value objects (preferred)
