Job description:

Our client, a successful London Art Gallery, is looking for a Post-Sale Coordinator for their Retail Support Department. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the operational running of the department.

Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as front line support for all sales consultants, acting and responding to any operational sales/client issues
  • Execute all after sales demands in a timely manner
  • Working closely with allocated salespeople and manage their post sale client projects
  • Check art work quality and condition
  • Tracking all after sales products/issues, ensuring correct route is followed
  • Liaise with suppliers re on-going orders/ timeframes/ cost management
  • Assist department with supplier deliveries and collections
  • Co-ordinating logistics and installations for UK and oversees appointment
  • Develop a direct and positive working relationship with the operations office team, sales team and maintain sound communication with other team members
