Our client, a regional Auction House in the Midlands, is seeking a Saleroom Manager with substantial experience to join their team across two locations. Our client offers a comprehensive range of services including valuation & appraisal, transport & removals and in-person and online auction sales. The successful candidate will be a hard-working and committed individual with drive to achieve the very best in what they are doing, and will also have Valuer and (ideally) Auctioneer experience. The role includes a mixture of auction and management related tasks including photography, photograph editing, heavy lifting and online auction administration. This role will also involve dealing with clients and working with multiple individuals across different teams. As a result, you will also be overseeing specific personnel.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong client skills
- A full and clean driving license, to commute between the offices as required
The role is Monday to Friday 9am-1pm & 2pm-5pm, with extended hours one Wednesday and Thursday a month (approximately 7:45am-10pm). This does not include additional time to meet sale deadlines.
