Job description:

Our client, a blue-chip contemporary art gallery based in London, is looking for a Sales Team Administrator to remotely support the regional sales team in Asia.

Duties predominantly relate to pre-sale administration and include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with management and maintenance of client database
  • Assist with client research as instructed
  • Act as the point of contact for clients by phone, email and in person as required
  • Manage all travel bookings alongside individual T&E budget
  • Assist and support in maintaining good-working relationships with new and existing clients acting as the point of contact for clients by phone, email and in person as required
  • Liaise with artist administrators to add new works and exhibitions to ArtBinder, creating and circulating art fair compilations to the team, ensuring the app is regularly updated, sold works are removed and reflects accurate information specifically ahead of art fair, exhibition openings
