Our client, a creative studio space provider, is seeking a talented Studio Lettings Manager to join their team in Hackney, London. This role will work to develop and implement a strategy for letting creative studio spaces across sites in London and Devon, supporting the business to achieve and maintain full occupancy across all sites.

You will be responsible for proactively seeking prospective new residents, as well as converting inbound leads from enquiry to viewing and viewing to letting. With thorough knowledge of the creative industries, you will help curate a community of aspirational individuals and businesses, helping to further the company profile as the leading creative workspace provider across the UK.

With the support of the sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline as well as line managing Viewings Assistants across sites. You will also aim to build relevant relationships on and off site, proactively engaging new contacts with a view to inviting and inspiring them to join the company community.

Areas of responsibility:

  • Overseeing the letting of studios across all sites
  • Maintaining full occupancy and maximising revenue
  • Curating an aspirational community of leaders in the creative industries
  • Maximising the conversion rate and velocity of all leads through the sales pipeline
  • Carrying out thorough lead research to effectively qualify and build a rapport with all new leads
  • Proactively sourcing and contacting prospective new residents
  • Developing an aspirational waiting list of prospective new residents
  • Expert understanding and communicating company USPs and studio features, identifying harder to sell studios and finding solutions to overcome sales challenges
  • Managing the viewings process and strategy with the Viewings Assistants and wider sales team
  • Supporting the Resident Experience Team on all resident onboarding to maximise resident retention
  • Planning and organising sales events and activations
  • Overseeing all lead and letting data entry in the CRM
  • Reporting, forecasting, and optimising the sales process

Essential skills and experience:

  • At least 2 years experience in a sales-focused role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in a premium, customer-focused environment
  • Proactivity and an ability to work independently
  • Good understanding of CRM systems and sales pipeline management
  • An understanding of the creative industries
  • Knowledge of workspace market (desired but not essential)
