Job description:

For our client, a young and ambitious online platform for art, we are looking for a Team Leader Sales – German Market. The Team Leader will fully manage a sales team and drive sales volumes of new and existing art collector clients from ‘DACH’ region. You will be working closely with the Head of Operations to identify and implement levers for growth, scale and excellence.

Primary duties include:

  • Overachieve sales targets by improving sales conversion, repeat purchase rate and customer satisfaction
  • Build an exclusive and personal relationship with art collectors
  • Deliver excellent customer experience standards for both art advisory and post purchase procedures
  • Implement processes, tools and functionalities that enhance the customer experience
  • Track your team’s success and define priorities using KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Grow a successful team and reach high objectives
  • Experience working in an environment of a high-potential startup

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent experience in sales, preferable B2C with a proven track record of results
  • Ability to drive your team’s performance with KPIs, combined with a natural ability to diffuse your sales spirit
  • Very good experience in supervising or managing a team
  • You are a role model in how to manage customer relations
  • First experience in management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and sales acumen paired with exceptional communications skills
  • Business fluency in English and German, additional languages are a plus
  • Insights into Customer Service for Luxury Goods, Art or Design is a plus
