We are working with on of the UK & Europe’s largest collector and distributor of unique decorative antiques to recruit a Warehouse and Delivery Operative to work full time to perform deliveries across the UK. As well as deliveries the successful applicant will also form part of the hands on operations team.
The role would suit someone with enthusiasm and energy, who enjoys being part of a small and busy team. The role is working multiple site locations in working across multi-site locations in Tetbury, Gloucestershire and is Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.

The role involves the following; delivering high-end antique furniture around the UK, moving large items of stock in showrooms and storage units (includes operating a forklift, for which training is provided), supporting the sales team in stock movement, and general show space / storage organisation and maintenance.
Successful applicants will have the following:
- A friendly, polite manner and be reliable
- A clean UK driving licence, with confidence to drive in busy areas e.g London
- Flexibility around working hours (longer days required for some deliveries)
- An eye for detail and presentation
- Experience in warehouse or logistics environment moving goods, including packing (not essential)
- Experience and or willingness to take on a very physical role (for moving large pieces of furniture)
- Experience in moving antiques and fine art welcomed and to include general housekeeping of warehouse and vehicles.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contributing to the smooth and efficient flow and storage of goods.
- Delivering – including staging and positioning – high-end antique furniture within client homes
- Supporting our photographer by moving furniture for product and creative shoots
- Light maintenance; painting, cleaning furniture prior to delivery and wrapping
