Most clients in the fine art, auction and luxury markets are highly specialised and often small to medium sized businesses. Sourcing, interviewing, assessing and selecting the person who is the perfect fit can be a lengthy and time-consuming process. Our aim is to refine this process for you. Once we have taken a full brief we aim to present a shortlist of at least three applicants for each vacancy. We will always agree timescales with you and we will only ever select a pool of applicants who we have personally met and screened for your specific role.
Candidates CV’s are submitted along with our own précis and interview synopsis. We can carry out statutory, right to work in the UK and proof of address checks and can take up references too.
