We do market analysis, candidate profiling, talent mapping and a final assessment of the candidate shortlist before you see anyone.

Going further to find the right candidate

If our extensive database doesn’t have who you need, we’ll use a range of innovative sourcing techniques – including linked in, advertising partnerships and our own sizable network to find the right candidate.

We’ve ALWAYS met and screened any candidate we send you first. You’ll get our own interview synopsis as well as their CV.

No bombarding you with CVs – we draw up a genuine shortlist of relevant candidates, at least 3 for every vacancy.

Permanent recruitment

Our main service, we’ve placed 100s of candidates in roles at all levels within the art, antiques and luxury worlds.


Temporary recruitment

Our dedicated division covers temporary workers, contractors and freelancers. As well as finding the right candidate for the job this service is right if you need to hire people fast, are looking for a specific expertise or want to make a cost-effective trial hire before making a role permanent.


Executive Search

Based on clients’ specific criteria, we offer a discreet and highly effective global executive search service for director level and specialised roles. An executive search would typically cover a 12-week process – as the art market is relatively small we do ask for a period of exclusivity for an Executive Search.


HR Services

If you are a smaller business who doesn’t have the time or resource for HR administration, we can help. We cover everything from contractual and legal matters relating to compliance, right through to pensions and performance management.
