PA to EA, Design Gallery

Our client, an esteemed design gallery, is looking for PA to initially support the EA to an interior designer.

• Making worldwide travel arrangements both business and private
• Diary management
• Setting up Zoom and Team meetings
• Greeting clients – first point of contact in the gallery space, answering phone and door
• In house catering business
• Assist the Principal and Gallery Director with artist exhibitions and private viewing
• Booking restaurants
• Assisting with photo shoots
• Sourcing gifts for clients and friends
• Philanthropy alignment
• Maintain the studio
• Delivering clients gifts
• Organising couriers and shipments
• Ordering office supplies – stationery and general office supplies
• French speaking would be advantageous
