This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional with a passion for culture, heritage, museums and audience development. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the platform’s presence across India, building partnerships with museums, heritage sites, galleries, cultural institutions and visitor attractions.

Over time, the role may expand to include broader sales and client development responsibilities across both not-for-profit and commercial sectors.

The role is based in India and will primarily operate within the Indian time zone, while working closely with colleagues and partners across the Asia Pacific and European regions.

Regular travel within India will be required, with occasional international travel across Asia Pacific and potential visits to the UK and other locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect and recruit new cultural partners across India.
  • Develop and maintain target prospect lists and conduct market research to identify partnership opportunities.
  • Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and proposal development through to onboarding and launch.
  • Deliver onboarding programmes, training sessions and strategic guidance to partner organisations.
  • Support partners in developing engaging digital content and visitor experiences.
  • Advise on marketing and audience engagement strategies to maximise platform adoption, downloads and usage.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Organise and participate in virtual and in-person meetings, presentations and industry events.
  • Attend relevant conferences, trade fairs and sector networking events.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across Asia and Europe.
  • Prepare proposals, reports, presentations and marketing materials as required.
  • Provide ongoing post-launch support to ensure successful implementation and sustained partner engagement.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Fluent in both English and Hindi; additional Indian languages would be advantageous.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, partnerships or account management.
  • Proven success in a client-facing role, managing and developing stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and working independently.

Personal Qualities:

  • Outgoing, proactive and highly motivated.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Collaborative and adaptable working style.
  • Flexible and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Commercially minded with a solutions-focused approach.
  • Passion for culture, heritage, tourism, museums or audience engagement is highly desirable.

The Opportunity:

This role offers the chance to join a growing international organisation operating at the intersection of culture, technology and audience engagement. The successful candidate will have significant autonomy, the opportunity to shape growth across a major market, and the chance to work with leading cultural institutions throughout India.
