Job description:

A growing independent luxury brand is seeking an experienced and internationally minded Senior Client Relations & Global Sales professional to support the next stage of global expansion.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who understands luxury beyond traditional sales — a commercially driven relationship-builder with strong cultural awareness, international networks, and experience operating across fashion, art, design, hospitality, jewellery, or high-net-worth client environments.

The business operates across luxury fashion, collectibles, objects, fine jewellery, textiles, and bespoke projects, with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship, rarity, storytelling, and long-term client relationships.

This is a fast-paced, founder-led environment offering the opportunity to help shape the commercial growth of a modern luxury house with ambitious international plans.

The Role

The successful candidate will lead the development of the company’s private client network, global sales strategy, and strategic partnerships across key international markets.

The role combines high-level relationship management with commercial growth responsibilities, requiring someone confident building long-term partnerships, developing new business opportunities, and representing the brand internationally with professionalism and discretion.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable working within a growing luxury business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and expand international private client and collector networks across key global markets
  • Drive sales across collectibles, bespoke commissions, private projects, fine jewellery, wardrobe collections, and future categories
  • Develop and execute international growth strategies across EMEA, the UK, the USA, and the Middle East
  • Identify and secure strategic retail, gallery, hospitality, and brand partnership opportunities
  • Organise and manage private appointments, salon experiences, activations, trunk shows, dinners, and international client events
  • Build and maintain relationships with collectors, retailers, personal shoppers, stylists, editors, architects, galleries, and cultural tastemakers
  • Manage the full client journey from introduction through to long-term relationship development
  • Coordinate personalised client communication, gifting, hospitality experiences, and follow-up processes
  • Work closely with the founder to support commercial growth initiatives
  • Generate new business opportunities through existing networks, referrals, outreach, and relationship cultivation
  • Support sales reporting, CRM development, market analysis, and strategic planning
  • Represent the brand internationally with sophistication, emotional intelligence, and strong communication skills
  • Contribute operationally within a dynamic and evolving business environment

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be personable, ambitious, commercially aware, and globally connected, with a strong understanding of both luxury client management and revenue generation.

This role would suit someone who enjoys operating within fast-moving luxury environments and is motivated by helping build a distinctive international brand with long-term growth potential.

The successful candidate will play a key role in building internal systems, client pipelines, and commercial processes from the ground up, reporting directly to the founder.
