A contemporary gallery in central London is looking for a Marketing Manager to independently manage the promotion of the gallery through integrated online channels, strategise ad campaigns, manage website content, and own digital analytics and reporting.
The role requires someone who is very technically proficient in aligning/optimising the back-end data across multiple systems, whilst having a knowledge of the art world so that they understand the forward-facing results of strategic decisions. It would suit a data-driven person capable of optimising and aligning multiple online campaigns for maximum impact, with abilities to develop the branding, content and reach of the gallery’s platforms.
Responsibilities of the role include:
Website Management
Management of the gallery’s new website launching in Q1 2026, which will involve keeping content up to date, liaising with artists for image/CV updates
Magazine – SEO optimisation, grow platform, ads
Shop – manage Meta Ad campaigns, manage Shopify database
CRM Management
- Audience segmentation / clean up
- Campaign analytics
- Salesforce and Hubspot experience highly desirable
- Manage email marketing and CRM journeys to support audience growth and retention
- GA4, dashboards, campaign analysis
- Provide clear insights and recommendations to team and directors
- Tracking Ad Campaigns
- Tracking impact of new website
Design
- Collaboration on developing new visual strategies for Ad campaigns, newsletters, and social media
- Development of physical assets, posters, zines, invitations
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Experience in digital marketing, growth marketing or performance marketing roles
- Proven experience delivering successful digital campaigns end-to-end
- Strong knowledge of paid media, analytics and optimisation
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager and ad platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable
- Art industry knowledge
- Experience in ecommerce, media, culture, luxury or creative industries
